Parents'/Carers' Evening this term will be on Monday 19 & Tuesday 20 October 2015 from 3:45pm to 6:30pm. During this time, you will have the opportunity to meet your child's class teacher and look through class books.

 

The following arrangements have been made:-

Monday 19 October 2015

Children: surnames beginning with letters A to L

 

Tuesday 20 October 2015

Children: surnames beginning with Letters M to Z.

 

If you are unable to attend, please complete the Appointment Request Form attached. Select a time which is convenient to you and return the form to school by Tuesday 6 October 2015. We will make every effort to arrange your appointment accordingly.

 

Access to all classrooms will be from Aigburth Road entrance - Main School Reception.

 

It is important that your child is picked up from school at 3:30pm. as normal even if you have a 3:45pm appointment. We will not have staff available to supervise your child/ren after this

time.

 

Drop In

Mr Connell - Head Teacher

Please feel free to drop in on either evening if you have any questions with regards to your child's education or school life.  Mr Connell will be available  from 4:30pm -6:00pm on each evening.

 

Book Fair

You are invited to visit our book fair which will be held in the school hall on both evenings from 3.45pm - 5.30pm. There will be a wide range of children's books for you to select from, covering all ages and reading abilities. All books on show are for immediate purchase to take home.

 

Clubs and Teams

Most after schools clubs and teams will be cancelled during the week of Parents'/Carers' Evening. The only clubs on for that week will be Samba Drumming on Thursday 3.30 - 4.30pm and Guitar club on Friday 3.30 - 4.30pm.

 

 

School Nurse

Nikki Tucker - School Nurse is coming in on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 October and will be available from 3.45pm - 5.30pm.
